A Peaceful, Natural Birth

We are so excited to share our birth story! After having a hospital birth with our first child, we knew we wanted to try something different with our second. We were so lucky to find the California Birth Center and all the wonderful midwives who helped support us through this journey. We walk you through the events leading up to labor, how we used castor oil to induce labor, the intensity of labor, and the crowning moment of meeting our son! Kiahna offers her perspective of using an epidural with her first delivery versus being completely unmedicated with her second.
